Is a sailboat being pulled off or being pushed by the wind?
I had read this question on a quiz on my morning paper, but i wasnt able to follow-up the answer the next morning. could someone answers this, please?
Heres the question:

Pushed. Technically, gas (like wind) cannot support tension like a solid (like rope) can, only positive pressure. "Suction", for example, is due to a pressure imbalance (the pressure on the opposite side is simply higher).

What are the Oklahoma sailboat regulations?
I'm going to build my first sailboat but I can't find any regulations on home-made sailboats. I'm 16 years old. I plan to make about 10 feet long and hold about 2-3 people. Does anyone know if I'll have to register it and take all those safety classes and crap?
In Oklahoma all boats must be titled and registered through the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
At 16 OK does not require you to have the Boater Safety Course, but you may learn something that may help you and learn to operate safely on the water if you do take a course. Do not take short cuts with boats and boating, it is your life, your friends and others you meet on the water safety.

Thank you for taking the sailboat pictures for us! My “Finnish sister”, Liisa, goes to Helsinki often to visit her grandsons. Now that I have seen these beautiful pictures of her country, I have a much deeper appreciation of where she lives and I would like to visit her.
Looks like a fabulous and fun weekend! I love the sailboat pictures! I kind of have a current obsession with them.

When mt_rand() returns 0, your 'die' condition is being fulfilled accidentally because it interprets 0 as false, or a bad value. You don't need "or die()" with mt_rand.
Also, a tip: when using "or die()", put a before your function, otherwise you get the function error AND your die message. For example:
$xml = or die("Can't load filen");
In other words, suppresses any error/warning messages that function call may dump out.
Anyway, check the PHP manual on mt_rand(), there is no condition it will return an error value.
