When selecting broker, how do you know if the broker is really your partner they claim they to be?
My friends has always a bad experience regarding this. When they are recruiting you, they seems to be that they will walk you through the complete process, after you signed in, it's a "you're on your own - and left them (3 of them) confused and like a child left in a big grocery store, they don't know what to do and where to go. Is real estate business really a business for hard-core people? These realtors (husband and wife) is even doing bible study at their house (as if it's really true to their heart) but I noticed and felt it's all fake and using bible study as a medium to get to people. Is there anybody out there that still a good hearted person doing real estate and loan mortgage? How are you doin' if you are in the same boat as my relatives and friends are??? These adults are confusing me too.
in the real estate business, don't let the brokers look for you. say "no" to walk-ins. look for them yourself...ask for referrals. do business only with the legit ones - those armed with good credentials; not necessarily with bibles.

First, you need to pray about it, then speak with your mom. Tell her how you feel about this if you feel comfortable to do so, or your dad. Tell her that you are 18 and soon will be on your way to make your own life and don't want the last years at home to be bad memories. Also, parents end to control when they pay for everything. Why don't you get a part time job this way you can buy what you want, or after you graduate. Parents don't realize they are pestering and pushing their kids away, my parents were very critical about a lot of things, I left home 7 years ago, and they now appreciate me more and I appreciate them. Believe it or not this hard discipline forms your character and helps you in your life, you will be proud of yourself and so will they. Remember ***this is temporary.
