Where is a nice place to stay in Dominican Republic? Punta Cana or Puerto Plata?
My boyfriend and I are going on vacation and I am 23 and he is 24. We work very hard and haven't been on a vacation together at all. He has never been out the country. We want to go to an all inclusive spot. We want somewhere with good drinks, good food, water sports(snorkeling, jet skiing, and all of those fun things) and a night life where we can party. Can anyone recommend me a good hotel because I keep getting confused with all the reviews. Which is a good spot to go to? Can someone help me. We are trying to go August 2-9th. Thank You. =)

Well out of my many years of experience I would suggest you to go to Puerto Plata and not Punta Cana where outside the hotels there is nothing to see or discover! On the contrary, Puerto Plata has much to offer, like discos, bars, restaurants even outside the ¨tourist areas¨ For you hard working people I would recommend to look seriously to this side of the island. And don´t forget this is a beautiful country and it would be sad that you don´t go out of the resorts (like in Punta Cana)...

From what I have read, the [head-peak would be perfect for what you are looking for. I ride volkl karmas which are perfect for what you have described, but they were discontinued a few years ago. Although, if I were going to buy a ski right know I would definitely buy the peak 82′s just because they absolutely destroyed the competition in the all mountain ski reviews this year. I have ridden the public enemies and they can definitely be noodles on the rest of the mountain. Also, if you decide you want to just get a completely new pair of skis, I have ridden the 09 volkl walls which are a stiffer park ski that destroyed the rest of the mountain, but they were still the top park ski of that year.
