The World Is Not Enough “Q’s” Jet Boat pans?
does any one know where I can find plans to build a boat that looks and operates like this... I dont expect it to be able to launch rockets or submerge. LOL

Seriously, spend a few hours and take a USCG approved boater safety course. (It's only a few hours and they usually have "accelerated" courses for adults.) Not only is it possible your insurance carrier may give you a discount upon completing it, you will be doing everyone on the water a favor!!
I don't have the exact stats, so I won't pretend to be "kickin knowledge", but it is a well know fact that the VAST majority og boating accidents involve two groups of people;
1) People with their "FIRST BOAT"
2) People RENTING boats/PWC's
(Statistically speaking, it usually also includes alcohol)
Boating is the only activity I can think of where the only limit to how fast/big some inexperienced cowboy can go is the size of his checkbook.
Stay safe on the water with that beast!! Have fun.
P.S. Previous poster are "right on" as far as blower/bilge pump/drain plug. Also, if it is your first boat, put some kind of little sign right on your helm (dashboard of your boat, rookie) and on the dash of your vehicle to remind yourself to always put the plug in your boat when you launch. Trust me, one of my favorite activities is to sit at a certain bar next to a busy boat launch by my summer home and watch the comedy that unfolds every Saturday/Sunday.

It varies by state, But if it was a DUI or OWI, yes it does affect your license anywhere in the U.S., not sure about the speeding infractions……
