That's the link. The 1998 GSX Limited has 151 hours, the 1994 GTX has around 120. Both look to be in great condition and the owner only used SeaDoo recommended brand oil. Roadmaster trailer comes with the purchase, as well as pull toys and vests. The GSX Limited has had the top end rebuilt (in 2008), both are lake ready and owner has titles in hand. The asking price is $2700... is this a good deal? I know the hours are high so I don't want to have a ski break down in the next year or so.
If you're good at working on motorcycles, jet skis, snowmobiles etc.. it sounds like a good deal and you'll undoubtedly have a great time riding that GSX limited... if you're not, I would avoid SeaDoos.. they are built like crap, prone to electronics failures and that Limited is probably at the top of the list just for its "over pumped" engine design. Just for fun, call around and ask a few local agencies what type of watercraft they use for rentals, unless they are a SeaDoo dealer, they will all tell you they use Yamaha or Kawasaki. I normally lean toward American made products over Japanese, but in the 10 years since I've had my Yamaha WaveBlaster, the only thing I've had to replace is the battery.. meanwhile I spend EVERY summer trouble shooting and working on friends' SeaDoos... when the weather gets hot, I'd rather ride than wrench.. but that's just me. FYI look up the Seadoo lawsuit from the late 90's I think.. the got sued because the motors in their watercraft were not proper marine engines... unlike Yamaha which has a long history of outboards, engines, boats etc.
