yamaha superjet parts
which stand up jetski should i get?
hey guys,
after seeing all the guys freestyling at the beach, i finally realised that i should get a stand up jet ski.. but im a beginner what should i get? I plan to do more freestyling than speed.. but my friend tell me the kawasaki is much easier for beginners. thanks
Haha at the above guy. Kawasaki and Yamaha are the only contenders for non-custom stand up skis, so of course "they" are the best (ignoring the Octane which was made in very small quantity).
Rumor has it Kawasakis are easier, because they are designed more so for racing and going fast, so tend to be more stable than the Yamaha Superjets. However, everyone will say for freestyle to go with a superjet. They have unlimited amounts of upgrades, with most aftermarket parts designed for a direct swap in for a superjet, and far less direct swap ins for Kawasaki jet skis.
Superjets generally are more expensive, though are the chosen freestyle beginner jet skis (and they can be modded to be very stable with tubbies and for racing if wanted). A cheap kawasaki is a good ski to start with, though for freestyle most people say you'd be better to save and get a yamaha.
