A jet ski with a wake .17 meter high follows right behind a speed boat with a wake .43 meter high. what is the maximum and minimum height of the combined wake?
superposition means they add up somewhere.
for the maximum you add them : 0.17 + 0.43 = 0.60
for the minimum you substract 0.43 - 0.17 = 0.26

Surfing a Boat Wake
Postponing period? Im begging you!?
This weekend is my best friends birthday, and he is throwing a boat party
He is planning speedboats, banana boats, water skiing, wake boarding, etc, and I love that stuff, but I think im gettig my period like, right before!
Is there any possible way to prevent/postpone it, just by a week?
I know if i tell the guys who are on the boat, I dont wanna swim cause i just did my hair, or forgot my swimsuit, they will throw me into the water, and I am not comfortable telling a bunch of guys about it.
Is there anythng I can get that is very common, and that i dont have to see a doctor about?
Please please please helppp meeeee!

My plan B is tampons, but im not comfortable with using them, i am not 100% sure how to, and last time i attempted it things got very messy to say the least!

I'm sorry, I haven't heard of a way to delay your period.
You say you are not comfortable with tampons. Have you ever considered the ones without the applicator? They are usually easier to insert b/c you guide them with your finger rather than a stiff applicator. It still takes practice.
