Vista cruiser
How can i track down a car of my dads from 43 years ago?
I only have brief description of the car to go on. I do not have the VIN number. It is a 1964 or 1965 Buick Sport Wagon. It originally had a silvery blue color. It has a vista cruiser roof. It had some holes in the floorboard. It was owned in Akron, Ohio. We do not know if it is for sale anywhere, but I have some cars in particular that almost fit the description except that in their description of the car it does not mention anything about holes either remaining or fixed in the floorboard. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, do you know of a website that I can get the history of a car made in 1966--like previous owners, possible accidents with the car, any reports of the vehicle being stolen-- by using the vin number?

they didn't keep real good track of the older cars back then so finding that car may be impossible,id say more than likely it went to the crusher,you might could try the dmv,or do a car fax which probably wont help either,if you knew the serial numbers of it that would be a real good start,if you have the vin number you can have the police run it through and see what comes back on it other wise it may be close to impossible to find out anything on it,i been looking for one of my old ones,with no luck at all,good luck on it.
