thats alot of carbs.... stay away from starches and sugarsand dairies... eat more water, veggies, fruits .....
eat grape fruit... no sugar
for breafast with one slice of toast and a teaspoon of peanut butter.......
lunch: grilled chicken salada... maybe vinergret dressing
snak 1: fruits...only
snack 2: veggies... maybe some dip
dinner 5-7 at night.... lots of veggies and serving size of meat grilled with seasonings......
one hour before bed ( suggeusted) protein shake....
this combined with excersise and only drink water....
it seems like alot but your supposed to many very small portions to keep your metabolish up and constanly buring...

Perhaps someone should have the imported sand tested at an independant laboratory..who knows where it came from or what it was used for previously?

Best Beaches in Mexico The beaches of Mexico always lures in visitors going on their Mexico vacation especially during the months of November to May. There are isolated beaches in Costa Esmeralda on the Gulf Coast of Mexico but is a rather long 5 hours drive from the city.
