I'm looking at buying a stingray 180rx, it has something called an "Electronic Fuel Management System" does anyone know what that exactly does on a carburetor motor?

Yes...the motor has carbs...its a 3.0 volvo penta, the link has the specs.

Monitors fuel consumption unless it has throttle body injection or direct injection. Are you sure it has a carb?
