How can I remove coxswains from the sport of rowing?
I don't think they are neccessary in any boat. In fact, coxswains are holding the sport back. How can I remove them from the sport? Will there be a lot of paperwork? How long will it take? Less than a year? Will I have a lot of support?

ummm, coxwains are just as important if not more important than rowers to boat speed in 8's and 4's. They can make a huge difference in the race, we have one coxie in our crew who just wins races no matter what boat he is in. You must have a pretty awful cox, focus on getting a good one or give the one you have now some tips. It is really easy to get mad at the coxie when they mess up in the middle of a tough piece but their job is a lot harder than you think, cut them some slack.

Where do you get Nell from. By the sound of her personallity. It doesn't fit. I've been asking for help with names myself. You're trying to hard to be different. Try for something more girly and innocent, but not the whole Bella thing. The male siblings' names don't match the girls. Here they are with exotic names, and then the boys have these plain names, same thing with the parents. i don't like Nell's boyfriend's name. Alasdair? I think of a girl for some reason, plus, Nell and Alasdair doesn't really click.
I don't like Amy. Nell needs someone more outrageous as her sidekick.
