Try Eighteen Mile Creek North of Burt dam, lots of Browns and Steelies, open all winter. There is good access near the dam and parking. I'm sure most of the other feeder streams to Lake Ontario also hold fish but some may be bordered by private land, thus getting to good fishing spots may be tricky. Good luck and keep a tight line.
