Nice & descriptive voyage! I would not have expected anything other from you and Steve! Maybe you might like to try the calm waters of Pyramid Lake or other reservoirs I've found here in the Great Basin.
I've got sailing boats & fishing skiffs available (my own). Yours if you want 'em !
