I did just a half a size smaller than my actual size and had to return to get another half size smaller to equal a whole size smaller. I thought a whole size would be too small..nope I was wrong. 3 stars for the hassle, the shoes overall are a 4. Hopefully this review will help reinforce the other one and help people from having our same size issues.

Bought these to wear at our daughter's beach wedding in April. Great looking shoe and fit perfect (size 12). Haven't worn them yet to be able to state how long they'll be comfortable or if they have a good arch support. I've never had a problem with Timberland shoes, so I'm sure they'll be fine.
