Best small plastic fishing boat?
Been interested in a small fishing boat and leaning on getting a plastic molded pontoon style boat. Only problem is trying to figure out wich one to get doin research reading review out of the two I narrowed it down to I've gotten good and bad reviews so if it was up to you or if you have one or any info let me know looking at a sundolphin sportsman or bass hunter bass baby
Was thinking about goin that way but would rather have the option to have another person join that's why I was thinking of one of these boats
For alot of years my wife and I just used one of those little paddle boats like they sell at ATWOODS... We put a small motor on the back to get us to where we wanted to go, then to maneuver around the area we just used the peddles and steering stick. It's small enough to slip right into the back of our pickup, and 2 people can move, carry, and handle it easily. It's designed with seats for 4 people, so with just 2 people in it, there is plenty of room in the "back seats" for your gear..... And, if I recall correctly, I think it only cost about 400 dollars... It has a built in ice chest, and cup holders.... The only problem was we had to tie our fish stringers to our belt or to a minnow bucket or the steering stick, because there was really nothing on the boat to tie it off to..... A few years ago we were getting old and fat, and retired, so we sold it to some younger people, but it worked for us for quite a few years............................ I looked them up, and see they have a canopy now. When we bought ours they didn't have the canopy.
