I'm going to Elounda in Crete for a holiday and would like to know what you think of the resort?
Where to eat, drink + daytime places to visit
Good location with plenty of possible daytrips from there. To the south, Agios Nicolaos is busy but pleasant, To the north, Plaka is very small but offers good honest seafood restaurants; from there you can take a boat trip to Spinalonga Island which is worth visiting. More to the north alongside the northcoast you will find the little port of Sissi.. enjoy the good restaurants there.
Try also to visit the Lasithi site a bit more inland; takes you for a couple of hours in the car, but you will love every minute of it. Enjoy Greece
