I read an article that blamed part of the slump in new HD sales on the number of repos available.
Some banks sell them, just like they do cars, but there is also a repo yard in my town that appears to sell for banks. It has a couple of HDs.
From a-lot of the things I am seeing and reading regarding real estate foreclosures we will continue to see large amounts of bank repo's for another year. I know as a realtor I use to do these a few years back and banks are not the easiest to work with.
