what are some dangers and cautions to take with the LASER SAILBOAT?

I have notice that you have asked a few questions about a Laser. Either you are looking at buying one or have already done so. Whatever the case, the first three rules of boating is to think safe, act safe, and to be safe.
Before you put the boat in the water, rig everything up in your yard and go over the boat, lines, hardware, sails, mast, boom, foils and check for damage. Repair/replace whatever needs attention. The first thing you need to learn how to do on a Laser is how to right it and get back into it. Learn this first with your feet able to touch bottom and then learn it with your feet off of the bottom.
Believe me, you are going to get the boat on it's side and you are going to get wet.
If you are asking about what stuff you need to have with you while sailing, then you need to look at the Coast Guards website and check your local laws.

I was always working out about 4-5 years ago. So it’s easy for me to gain weight because I know what workouts work and how much I should eat. I was about 15 kg heavier then, so I’m just trying to get into shape again. Many people think that it’s impossible for them to gain weight, but the truth is, they are not eating enough. They just think that they eat a lot. I just eat what I can eat, no secret formula. I also bought a weight gainer witch I drink after workout, that helps and gives you some extra calories. The sailboat is similar to the laser sailboats but I’m not sure what type. He is in a sailing condition, but he doesn’t look so good.
When I was her age I was sailing laser sailboats, and sunfish sailboats, with trained adults in a motor boat on the lake just in case I had any problems. This is absolutely ridiculous; her parents must care more about fame than their own daughter.
