Is paying $250 for courtside seats to the Harlem Globetrotters ... excessive?

Seeing the Globetrotters in the late 70s as a child was a blast, and I saw them again in 1998 (again, I loved it).

Now, my daughter is 10, and since her mother and I are divorced, we do fun things together ... go see plays, jetboat rides, etc (interspersed with cheaper entertainment like movies and whatnot, etc).

I've wanted to take her to see the Harlem Globetrotters for a few years now ... courtside FRONT ROW tickets would be $250 for a pair ... I hestitate to pay that much, but for creating a once-in-a-lifetime memory, it seems like a cheap price. My thoughts are ... if you go and sit in the "nosebleed" section where the players on the court look like ants ... or if you sit two dozen rows back and some really TALL person sits in front of you ... WHY GO AT ALL?

What do YOU think?

It might be too much. I went a couple of years ago. Not as entertaing as it used to be. Only way I would do it is if I could used the video camera.
