Depending on where you live, you might be able to find a shop closeby to make you one. In fact, you could request a list of local hull builders from the US Coast Guard website. They should have the phone numbers and addresses.
As it is required of any boat manufacturer to keep their info current for USCG records.

amazing 50' 150mph luxury race boat

I used to be a deckhand on the tugs, amazing the stupid things we would do… every week I had another great near death experience story to tell the friends and family. One time a handful of years ago I just started working for a new company who promised more hours than I could count. We were running a two man boat on the Fraser River in BC, moving an empty barge a short ways up the river. This trip the skipper was on the top deck of the boat, and I was on the bow of the barge. Since we were going a short ways we were running up close, with the bow of the barge hanging over the back of the boat. Very similar to but with an empty barge so it was higher in the water. A few minutes in, the skipper starts looking a bit panicked, I ask what’s up and he says we’ve lost steering — no worries, we’ve got a twin engine boat and he can manage with just the throttles for the remainder… but the steering comes back and we breathe a sigh of relief! As we start to ponder what may have caused the brief steering failure all of a sudden the steering goes hard over, and the boat makes a hard turn to port. The skipper only has just enough time to hit the winch abort, which is designed to release the barge from the boat so both can float free. Needless to say with the company’s spotless maintenance record the brake failed to release. Within seconds the barge runs into the boat, rolling it on it’s side like but a barge doing the work instead of the bridge. I’m standing helpless on the barge, staring 10ft below me as the skipper is holding onto the hand rail, hanging vertically and doing his best not to get wet. The skipper was wearing his lucky underwear that day, the tow line was just tight enough to keep the boat from getting rolled entirely over, and the drag from the boat being pushed sideways through the water slowed things down enough that the boat was eventually able to “pop” back up. We took things a little more slowly from here on out, but were able to get the barge to its destination, and the boat back home with sketchy steering… just one of my many tugboat stories!

The best global paddle search I have found scans numerous kayak forums, eBay, Craigslist and classified sites. You can narrow your search by location. Free and no registration required.
Another one that is similar is Jaxed.com although it is not meant to be. It is a vehicle search engine. In their boat search section, they scour the web for 'Feathercraft' which also happens to be the name of an unrelated company that makes aluminum fishing boats. It isn't hard to “fish” out the kayak results from the rest. Below is the direct link for the brand “Feathercraft.”

Monsieur Jardinaire, I feel that I do have to stand up for our beloved blog-manager. It is definitely possible to purchase a jet fighter that was flying in 1942 – the Messerschmit Me-262 first flew with it's jet engine on 18 July 1942. Thankfully the opposition's publicity machine hadn't coined the term Vorsprung durch technik by that time, otherwise the aformentioned aircraft may have been serviceable earlier than it actually was!
That almost sounds like a turbo-charger winding down. Does this car have a turbo?
When starting the engine, fuel starts run into the compressor. The igniter starts the fuel burning. If the temperature rises to above a certain point, you have a hot start. At this point engine shut down may be needed, since if the temp keeps going up you face melting the engine.
Cone air filters….changed my cars sound from what sounded like a jet turbine to more of a muscle car / motorboat sound.
