What is ziplining like on cruise ship excursions?
Okay, so I love the adrenaline rush of a roller coaster, of skydiving and bungee jumping, of fast jet skis and tubing off of a speed boat..... would ziplining be a disappointment then? If it's just sorta slow i wouldn't wanna waste my time doing it. i'd rather be on the beach. so yeah is zip lining fun? why or why not?
You would probably like it. I doubt that it would give you as much of an adrenaline rush as skydiving or bungee jumping, but you'd probably enjoy it.
Yes (depending on the particular zip line) you can zip really fast. You control your own speed to some extent by how much you brake. I'm not real crazy about heights. I enjoyed "the zips", but found the lack of sturdy hand rails on the narrow platforms around the trees between zips a little unnerving. (The do have you attached to a safety line at all times, but I'm a chicken when it comes to heights)
