good family boats
Whats a good boat for family and fishing?
I'm looking for a boat atleast 18' boat thats strong and reliable. I'm looking for something in the $15,000 range. I would like it to be a good boat for the family and then a good boat for when I go fishing. Any suggestions? Thank you.
This would be for the ocean. Basically I want a boat that can sleep two people so I could fish while my family sleeps at night.
I would only add that stability is very important for family use - some wives and kids can get freaked out very easily if the boat is tender, fair enough too if you are not experienced. I agree with trying as many out as you can before buying.
