Which laptop lcd would fit my laptop? I have a sony PCG-FX140 that needs the screen replaced.?
The original lcd is made by samsung model number LTN141X7-L01. It is a 14.1" screen. My question, does any 14.1 inch screen work with my laptop or does it need to have certain specifications other than proper fitting..?
Thanks for the replies so far, the LCD is cracked, absolutely has to be replaced. Why would i need the exact model of lcd? Why cant any 14.1 work? What I am wondering about is the power wire that goes to the laptop and also the video input to it..are they universal or model/part specific?

2004 Yamaha FX 140 Waverunner
I have a steering problem?
I have a yamaha fx140 2002 model.. The steering is really stiff. Does anyone know how to fix that. I don't have a repair manual..? I would take it to the shop, but they charge 70 bucks an hour.
There is a high probability that the cable where it goes thru steering tube on outboard clamping bracket is rusting up from lack of lube. Before it seizes you should disconnect cable and pull it out of tube . then go to your marine dealer parts department and by a steering tube cleaning brush..When you get home put it in an electric drill and run it thru the tube while squirting crc on brush as you go in and out.Once done clean and dry real good. While at parts store get some steering tube grease and coat cable end and inside tube and put it all back together. . Your problem should be solved..
Hopefully you have enough room to get cable outta of tube .Some that I have done you have to remove outboard on back just to get the cable off
