Jet Ski hull speed vs Sail boat hull speed?
I know I am new to this but I am curious to know why. You see, they say the maximum speed of a hull sailing in particular depend on the length of the hull multiplied by 1.34 what is called the froudian number. The fastest a yacht have gone sailing was a hydroplane at 51Knots and the motor yacht "The world is not enough" at 70Knots. the motor yacht was very long so its speed is understandable according to the above formula but a jet ski which is just about a meter long can go way faster than any of those boats. What happens to maximum hull speed when it comes to jet skis?
You are mixing & trying to match a rule that does not apply all different types of vessels. For example: "hull speed" only pertains to a vessel when the hull is "in the water". It no longer is applicable when the hull is lifted out of the water.
A sailboat has a "full displacement hull" - it is not intended, nor capable, of rising up on the water to plane. The displacement hull sailboat has smooth lines and curves that gently move water out of its way, both sideways and down. Because the sailboat moves slowly, there is little resistance against the boat. In fact, with enough power, excessive speed would drive the sailboat deeper into the water until it sinks, not lift it up, so indeed the vessel has a maximum hull speed.
The speedboat or jet ski has a planing hull that moves quickly and the water can't get out of its way, it resists the boat so much that the boat stays on top of the water. If the planing boat slows down, as it sometimes must do, it sinks into the water just as a displacement boat does. Since a planing boat is not designed to glide through the water, the ride on top of the water can sometimes be very bumpy, rough and unstable. This is also why a planning hull vessel such as a fast cruiser, ski, bass, or speedboat - if you overloaded - can become very unstable is much more likely to tip over and capsize.
Jet Skis have planing hulls - they like speed boats and most powerboats built on planning hulls, do not have maximum hull speeds. Hydroplanes & hydrocraft are something else all together. . . but still, not affected by "hull speed".

I don't think that Honda being in Formula 1 or Toyota in NASCAR will help either company sell more cars. I'm not aware of any car maker benefiting from Formula 1 (except maybe Ferrari, but that's another matter altogether). While the title (Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday) used to be true, according to “Toyota vs. USA?” by Holman W. Jenkins, Jr in February 14's Wall Street Journal on A20. The same article also said that the top finish for a Toyota car in the Daytona 500 was 22nd, which won't sell any cars. NASCAR is way too American for a foreign automaker to profit off of it any time soon. I predict it will years before Toyota is reaping any benefits from this move (if ever). I would assume a similar fate for Honda in Formula 1.

You have to use OR(logical1, logical2, logical3,…). In this case, the logical expression is ISNUMBER(SEARCH("SYMBOL",A1)). Be careful for the parenthesis.
