Foot Crest
Is this a good start to my story?
The horses lazily wandered about, searching for something to pacify their raging hunger and thirst. The sun peeked out behind a dark cloud, slowly falling; leaving shadows behind cacti. A man sat against a mild cactus, sleeping like a lizard savoring the departing sun rays. Distance was relative, stretching out towards a distant mountain crest, only to be preceded by more dry deserts. The man's boot was worn and flexible, adjusted perfectly to his foot. His auburn hair was plastered to his face, sweat still present even in the looming darkness.
LAZILY WANDERING about while they are desperately searching for something to pacify RAGING hunger and thirst, clashes. One seems peaceful and one not. They have to be restless or at peace.
