yes it is still lots of fun but the diference is with a boat there are way more waves and with a seadoo when you turn really fast the tuber rips around the side but if you have maybe three kids in your family or whatever i might recommend a three seater tube behind a seadoo because that is alot of fun
Great thoughts, David! Love the quote from Blackaby. I hope I can remember his name the next time I use and quote him. With regards to prosperity, it is a fine line, some would say a heart setting, on the right and wrong way to ask and hope for prosperity. The best way I can describe the need for personal prosperity is because in the Kingdom, and therefore on earth as we carry the Kingdom and are called to release the Kingdom, whatever we get we give away. I think you and I agree on the 'prosperity=money' doctrine. I can't stand that as well. In fact, because of where I am right now and where I am headed in just 2 months, the only thought that comforts me is that I will be leaving behind some of the luxuries that the western culture has deemed necessary (mostly dealing with the issues of owning a home) and moving to a much simpler lifestyle. One that is not so 'want' driven.
Your statement concerning the size of a mustard seed sized faith…'wondering if it is simpler and more powerful than mere will power or forced thought'…We are totally tracking here. Your 'wondering' statement put into words perfectly what I was trying to convey during very turbulent air (which I am still not a fan of). I actually do believe with all of my heart that it is so much simpler and more powerful than will power or forced thought…in fact, I think that our will power and forced thought is exactly what makes faith difficult…because it is our striving that wears us out. 'His burden is easy and His yoke is light.' I think faith is extremely simple AND easy. With that said, I haven't figured it out yet…so yes, I'm still striving. Similar to when I learned how to water ski…I struggled and pulled and drowned, and when I finally got up I was so nervous that I might fall that I stayed tense to combat the water and the waves. Then, I realized that if I allowed the water, the ski and the boat do all the work it took very little effort for me to get up, and what I was so afraid of causing me to fall actually worked with the tools I had (ski and boat) to make it easier, faster and more fun.

it wont be as wild a ride but it will sure beat sittin on the dock watching everyone else have fun!
I rented a ski boat for three hours on lake Travis for my birthday and some inner tubes : /. I hope it isn’t too crowded.
