i need help with my assignment question, i'm studing business and i'm stuck with this part of my assignment.

Use your administrative coordination skills to complete the following project.
Purpose: To identify a suitable computer to purchase for desktopping purposes
Due date: 13 April
The organisation you work for wants to purchase a suitable computer for desktop publishing.
It must be capable of coping with a desktopping package such as QuarkXPress or PageMaker.
On 17 March you manager asks you to research various brands and prepare a report comparing:
*Costs
*features/functions/ease of use
*quality
*advantages
*disadvantages
*availability
*available training
You are required to present the final report at a management meeting on 17 April.
Carry out the appropriate research using the information from computer catalogues, magazines, advertising material,
information technology and desktop publishing experts, friends ect.
Include the following documentation:
*a project plan
*timelines/Gantt chart
Acer:
Cost: $1000
features: Windows Vista. 1GB RAM. 60GB hard disk.
quality: first hand
advantages: Fast reaction, High resolution screen.
disadvantages: Windows Vista is too new.
choose two more brands of computers and do the same thing like what i did.
