correct craft boats
child custody in texas! HELP?
I am 19 about to be 20. Me and the baby father currently living together and I am wanting to leave him and get custody of our daughter. She is 2 months. He has a drinking problem and a bad court record, PI, gun charge, Boating while intoxicated dropped to excessive speeding in water craft, and drug charges all on his adult record. He spent like 4 years in a youth correct center. I have a clean record but no sorce of income but am seeking it but also wanting to move outta the state. He has income. What Would the turn out be?
I would say you would get custody if you have a clean record when he dont but he would be granted visitation. But i dont no about you leaving the state with the child.
