Government buying fishing boats?
I live in gloucester mass a island just north of Boston do you think it is far the Government is buying up the fishing boats and not letting them fish because they say there are shortage of fishing stocks but letting these big barges to continue to fish and not putting restrictions foreign barges to fish our waters
