looking for a 18-20 foot for lake huron. Just for sunset cruise type of thing. Not wake boarding or skiing.
Would look at something with a deep "v" style hull. The great lakes can get rough very quick. Keep an eye on the weather and head to port if you have to.

I am used to boating in the Great lakes, but have recently moved to FLA and am thinking of buying a boat again
Is there anything special about salt water boating i need to know that is different than fresh water?
The main things to remember are to always rinse out your engine (and wash off your entire boat) when you get it back on the trailer, look for signs of corrosion on electrical contacts (boat and trailer), and be extra careful if you have a steel trailer - my dad had a 23' Slickcraft when he moved down here to Florida back in 1987 (from Northwest Indiana - where we also went boating on the Great Lakes), and the salt water ate that trailer alive in no time flat! It was so bad, it ate the steel brake lines on the trailer completely away. We wound up having to take the boat off the trailer, stripping the trailer down to the bare frame and sand blasting the whole thing and refinishing it from bare metal. In retrospect, we probably should have ditched the steel trailer and replaced it with an aluminum trailer.

Couple of thoughts here:
1. I don't know if the Navy does test or not for sure, but I think it is highly likely.
2. When the navy does pee tests they watch you go. If you are caught with your fake urine you will not get hired and could be charged with a crime.
3. THC generally leaves the body after 4 to 6 weeks for heavy smokers. Those that are in good physical shape generally lose THC faster than those that are over weight as THC is stored in fat.
4. Even if you could get synthetic urine in the sample I am very sure the test would show that to be the case.
5. When I have been tested in civilian labs for jobs, after providing the sample they quickly checked the temperature of the sample. Even if you kept it in your pants it would not be warm enough and the sample would be rejected.
