i want to buy boats at action i need a business license where do i get it?
You call the local newspaper, and asks to run a DBA "Doing Business As" a fictitious business name, in their newspaper.
They will charge you a small tax deductible fee for the add.
You can pay the newspaper by credit card for the add.
Get copy of the newspaper print from the newspaper, its on an official form. ( The newspaper will send you this.)
Take this to the bank, and open your business bank account with the proof that you followed the publishing law required for fictitious business names.
Then go buy your boats, and cash the checks.
