Where can I find pictures of Buildings in the shape of Yacht/Boat/Ship ?
Please provide me pictuures of Buildings/homes in the shape of Yacht or Boat or Ship.
Also secondarily I need some pictures of houses in the shape of Sea related objects.
There is a very large building that is in the shape of a boat on the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York. See the first link below for pictures of it. Although locals call the building "the egg" it looks more like a boat to me.
As for houses shaped like boats/etc, I have several suggestions.

Where do you dock a boat in near santa monica beach?
i didn't notice a harbour there to dock a boat or a yacht, where do you do this?
do people there bring the boats from their garage and put it over the sands before putting it in the water?
Marina Del Rey is about 3-4 miles south of the pier. That's where you put your boat in.

In the event the car was not his (which means it was stolen), it will have to be surrendered to the police immediately. You would then have to sue him for the amount lost if you can locate him.
When you had it inspected, he would have had to show a registration card for the inspection to be passed, correct? Assuming he didn't steal the car with that in it, if it was his that means he had the title at some point to get that.
Personally, I would contact the police and see if that VIN has been reported stolen. If it has, you would just have to turn it in anyway, and if not, there's a decent chance its legit.
