How can I get on a whale protection boat like the sea sheperd from Animal Planet?
I really want to help save whales, and being on a boat would be cool. But i have no idea about how to get on one. Thanks
Go to collage get a degree in marine biology. While you're going to school join a number of the ecological groups on campus, make the social connections. When an opening for a berth on a ship like the Sea Shepherd opens jump at the opportunity.

How fast will a 14 ft Sea Rayder yamaha (boat), 120 hp, pull a 200 pound person on a 57 diam. flat tube?
The tube is a simple round, flat bottom tube. Engine is 120 hp 2 stroke
The exact numbers would have to be measured, not calculated, due to too many unknown variables. As a rough estimate you should be able to get up to at least about 30MPH. At that speed if you fall off the boat or tube the surface of the water is about as hard as concrete. You tumble and roll on the surface before finally sinking in.
