does anyone know how to start up a classified newspaper?
im thinking of starting a small classified newspaper in my hometown and need some advice on how to do it.around my hometown there is classifieds but they charge a arm and a leg and dont let you put in it that you sell seafood.my classifieds will have that and boats,moters,and fishing stuff for recreational,and commercial fisherman.if anyone can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Why are so many people put in the same boat and classified as depressed?
as if depression is just an illness (such as pneumonia) that may be cured with therapy. Shouldn't it be taken into account how a person became depressed? Maybe some people just live a hopeless existence. Who are we to tell them they don't?
It's the easy answer really. Just like overactive kids are clled ADHD. When in fact people are forgetting that especially little boys ARE active little devils, lol. And for the past like 10 years just about everyone is bipolar. And when mommas kill their kids they are automatically depressed (baby blues). These are easy answers. And though some people do have these things, not everyone does.
No one is hopeless. We all have choice. There is always help. People need to get off their bums and ask for help. In this day in age I find people to be complete victims and extremely lazy in general. The more there is to do, the more people are bored to death. No one is happy with anything.
The days when a person had stuff to live for and work hard for...those were the days!
