blue water sailboat
I live in sw florida and the water is very shallow. best trailerable sailboat?
would like to take an occassional trip to the dry tortugas, so boat needs to be both trailerable and able to sail blue water. thanks

I think you'll struggle here.
Trailer sailors are not good deep water yachts. They are potentially very dangerous when the waves come. You want two completely different vessel types. Extreme incompatibility.
I expect you'll get some joker who'll tell you he sailed his Mag 26 or something flimsy with a daggerboard around the Caribbean circuit and then winched it on to a trailer and took it home in time for tea....
But, if you want serious advice then you need two boats. There is value in what a couple of guys have said about multi-hulls, but
I'd get yourself a good trailer boat, one that's really easy to load and unload. Sailing's a pleasure when its easy. For the odd trip further affield, why not consider chartering one more suited to that purpose?
