bay fishing boats
Nueces Bay fishing without a boat?
And not wading. Are there any spots to fish from the shore on the Nueces county CC. side? I've looked at maps and their are very few roads. There are some county roads, but on the San Pat side west of Portland. Is the Joe Fulton Corridor open to public traffic or just port trucks? It looks like the road is close to the shore if you were to turn left from the location of the old lift bridge. I'm kind of looking for a location to fish not to far from the central part of town. Also I looking for somewhere quite and with few people, I know the city has laws but I would like to have my dogs loose they dont bite. Anyways are there any roads from 37 that lead to a good fishing spot? Any directions? Other good spots? I just lost my fishing and hunting partner my dad, I need a good quite location to relax. Thanks!
there are many accesses from navagation blvd--just turn down one and follow it to the bay--dogs shouldn't be a problem if the area isn't busy

im planning to take my dad fishing in florida. probably around the northeaast or northwest area. we are not hardcore fishers and get boat sick so probably surf fishing or pier fishing. where can you recommend fishing successfully on a pier or beach? only ocean or bay fishing please/
