Will a Hundai Santa Fe tow an 20 ft boat?
You are asking a very vague question which is hard to answer without details.
Is it an aluminum or fiberglass boat, is it a fishing boat or ski boat, is it an outboard, I/O, or inboard? If you can provide the specific brand, model, and year of manufacturer, there is a chance of finding the listed empty weight of it.
If your boat&trailer weighs more than 2,000 pounds, which I'm confident it does, then you need a more powerful towing vehicle.
For a 2008 Santa Fe SE or limited the capacity is:
Weights: gross vehicle weight rating (lbs) 5,238, curb weight (lbs) 4,022, gross trailer weight braked (lbs) 3,500 and max payload (lbs) 1,216
Now you might think 4,000 lbs of towing capacity is good enough. However, you must consider how much crud you load in the vehicle (ice chest, gear, people), and how much weight you put in the boat (fuel, towables, etc.). You also must factor in the tongue weight of the trailer with the max payload.
When this starts adding up, this type of SUV or a similiar small truck will be dangerously close to max capacity. Not to mention your SUV is equipped with passenger brakes, not full sized truck or full sized SUV brakes.
Passenger vehicle brakes cannot perform adaquately enough to stop heavy towing loads and do not provide sufficient braking power to stop quickly.
Passenger Brakes + heavy trailer load = guaranteed towing accident.
In short, the Hyundai Santa Fe simply is not equipped to safely tow a trailer load 2,000 lbs or more. You need a full sized truck or full sized SUV to tow it safely.

This is exactly why the line between watered-down consoles and souped up PC’s should never be crossed or even blurred. We’ve seen this routine at least 48 times since Q1 2010 and it’s getting quite old already. I would be much happier if the developers didn’t start their projects with the least common denominators in mind and started from powerhouse crazy specs (Crysis 1) and simply scaled down the project later for the…other platforms.

Game Review: Wakeboarding Unleashed featuring Shaun Murray
Not everyone is familiar with the real-life sport of wakeboarding, which is to waterskiing as snowboarding is to regular skiing. You're tugged along by a ski boat while riding a small board with fins in the middle at either end. The wake created by the boat can be used for tricks and other fancy manoeuvres. The key mechanic here is that beyond the standard grabs and flips you'd expect to see, the game also lets you get entirely away from the boat by devoting a button to dropping the boat's towrope. This concept let the developers really open up sections of the level to all sorts of wild alternate paths, because you no longer have to remain right behind the boat, which follows a preset path through each area. As you might expect from a game like this, the main mode is a career mode that takes you from level to level, giving you challenges all the while. Challenges are broken up into two groups. Groove challenges are goals that can be met while simply running laps around the level. A groove meter acts as a timer, and it can be filled by executing long trick combos. There are also separate challenges that must be selected from the game's pause menu. Some of these goals are pretty good, such as goals that work just like the combo letter goals in Tony Hawk 4. But some of them feel very forced, as though they were thrown in just to make the game longer. All and all it’s an enjoyable game but is a bit limited. I would give it a 7/10
