aluminum boat epoxy
I'm looking for a good repair material to fix leaks on small cracks on my aluminum boat?
Every epoxy that I have tried cracks after one or two fishing trips. Even epoxy that states it is flexible does not flex and cracks.
try an automotive window adhesive, basically its just urethane, takes awhile to cure and will look like hell but sticks to anything, and never gets hard or cracks, comes in a standard type caulking tube so application wouldn't be too hard, just make sure your surface is clean and spread it on. 3M makes a good product called window weld,
